Maseru – Lesotho Post Bank Managing Director, Mr. Molefi Leqhaoe says the Golden Arrow Award, which the bank received from PMR Africa, drives the bank to work harder to meet customer expectations.
In his comments a few days after receiving an Overall First Price Award in Investment Service from PMR Africa, Mr. Leqhaoe said this was the first award the bank received from PMR Africa, and it marks the beginning of good things that are yet to come.
He said they have learned that PMR Africa conducted interviews with members of the public to determine award winners, and participants were asked to rate their perceptions of the performance of companies during interviews.
He therefore thanked Basotho and all the Bank’s customers for acknowledging it for its services, saying the Bank remains committed to implementing customer centric strategy and will strive to maximise its resources and efforts to meet customer needs.
Mr. Leqhaoe added that the Bank’s recent achievements include opening a new branch in Mafeteng, and the upcoming move by the Bank’s offices to Mafike Building in Maseru with the aim to build its brand identity by ensuring services are offered in one building.
